Why we process your personal data
Your personal data will be processed by P.B.C.B. vzw for the following purposes and legal grounds:
The sending of newsletters and invitations. (with the consent of the recipient);
Registering and processing/invoicing of your registrations for ticket (pre)sale, camping and competitions.
For the above purposes, we may request, store and process the following of your personal information:
Personal Data: name, first name, address, phone number, e-mail;
Personal Identifiers: gender, date of birth, nationality, VAT number;
We use the data collected only for the purposes for which they were provided.
Provisioning to third parties
The data you submit to us will not be passed on to third parties, unless we receive a legally substantiated request. (example: VAT checks).
P.B.C.B. vzw does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. Personal data is kept for up to 5 years after the last use and only for statistical purposes.

All persons who can take note of your data on behalf of P.B.C.B vzw, are obliged to observe confidentiality;

Your rights regarding your data
Should you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data, we ask that you contact us directly. You have the right to file a complaint with the Privacy Commission, the supervisory authority on privacy protection.
